In addition, we guarantee a driver at the time of your reservation. We automatically block the schedule of our driver specifically for your support.

You can choose a car according to the following criteria:

Sedan:

1 person + 5 bags maximum
2 people + 4 bags maximum
3 people + 3 bags maximum
Van:

5 people + 9 bags maximum
6 people + 8 bags maximum
7 people + 7 bags maximum

The schedule of our driver is blocked especially for your ride at the time of your reservation.

The price does not change according to the traffic. No extra luggage or toll.

You pay the price indicated during your reservation.

We advise you to book your driver at the earliest, in order to ensure the availability of a driver and guarantee the price.

If you wish to book later, be aware that the closer the date of transfer, the higher the rate will be.

Your credit card payment will be registered securely online by our partner BANQUE POPULAIRE.

Online payment guarantees you to block the fare as well as the vehicle.

To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to make your payment by credit card by clicking on the secure payment link at the end of your reservation or on the link received by e-mail.
Once the payment is made, the race is definitively validated; thus the driver is automatically confirmed.

The invoice for your race is automatically sent to you by email at the end of your transfer.

Airport:
The driver is waiting for you at the terminal of arrival of your flight thanks to the information which you will have communicated during your reservation.

The driver awaits you on the platform of the station thanks to the information that you will have communicated during your reservation.

Know that our drivers will have your phone number to contact you if necessary.
The number of your driver is sent to you 2 hours before the race by e-mail.

Our drivers follow in real time the arrival of your flight or your train to ensure your support.

Attention, in case of cancellation of the race for a new order; the fare conditions and the availability of a driver will not be the same.

If you need to contact your driver in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the driver’s telephone number is sent via SMS 2H before pick-up.
It is also visible before support on the race view in the NAVECO mobile app.

At NAVECO, there is no extra baggage. The rate is all inclusive.

Remember to tell us when you book the origin of your train or flight.

For transaction security, NAVECO uses the secure payment platform of our banking partner Banque Populaire.
When paying your bank details are encrypted on your computer and transmitted in unintelligible form for only servers able to decrypt. Authorizations and data are then checked with your bank to prevent abuse and fraud.
This process is based on the HTTPS protocol (implementation of SSLv3 or TLSv1 over HTTP), one of the most robust today. During transfers via the Internet, it is impossible to read them: nothing goes in clear on the web!

Only small cats and dogs in transport crates can be accepted.
A transport crate is considered a luggage.

In accordance with the regulations in force, dogs of blind people are accepted on board all vehicles.
