4. Geolocation
The NAVECO application includes a geolocation function that allows us to offer you a route with the shortest possible waiting time depending on where you are.
By authorizing the NAVECO mobile application to access your location data and send you notifications, you will be able to receive information about our offers related to the city where you are by text, push or email. We inform you that you will be able to receive notifications related to your geolocation even when your NAVECO application is in standby mode.
You can choose not to allow geolocation by refusing it when downloading or using the NAVECO application for the first time.
The Customer is informed that in the event that he withdraws his consent, the Company cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or poor performance of the Service due to the fact that the Application or the website www.nav-eco.fr cannot access the geolocation data of the Customer's smartphone/mobile phone.
The geolocation data is kept by the Company for 12 months in order to justify the interventions if necessary (races carried out by the partner drivers on behalf of their customers).
