Once the booking is made, the driver's schedule is blocked for your pickup: the ride cannot be changed. To change the time or address, cancel it and make a new booking. The price and availability may then be different.

For an adjustment of a few minutes, you receive your driver's number 2 hours before pickup and can coordinate with them.

You can cancel your ride from the confirmation email or your customer account. We cannot cancel it for you, as each cancellation is subject to conditions that you must accept.

Refund: in full more than 24 hours before, 50% between 6 and 24 hours before, none less than 6 hours before.

More than 24 hours before pickup, the ride is refunded in full; between 6 and 24 hours before, 50%; less than 6 hours before, no refund.

Ride under €100: refund to the card used, visible within 3 to 5 days. Ride over €100: a credit for the amount of the ride, usable for a new booking with the same email address.

Check your spam folder. Orange and Wanadoo addresses sometimes block our emails. You can find your booking at any time.

The driver will not ask you for a confirmation on site: receiving it is not required.

The invoice is sent to you automatically by email at the end of the trip. You can also download it from your customer account.

For pro forma invoices (company, expense reports), create a free NavPro account.

Is your booking registered? First check your booking and the email address you entered.

Did your bank decline the payment? If you approved your bank's security confirmation, stay on the payment page until the final confirmation. When the approval takes too long, the authorisation can expire and the payment is then automatically declined by the bank.

You can simply start your booking again and pay once more, approving your bank's request quickly.

Accepted methods: bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

About 2 hours before pickup, you receive your driver's number by email and SMS: you can call them directly. If they do not answer, they are probably driving: try again a few minutes later or send them a text message.

At airports and stations, your driver tracks the arrival of your flight or train. 1 hour of waiting is free at airports, 15 minutes for other pickups.
